SERVICE

Dedicated customer support teams were established to put customers’ needs first and provide a professional service, making us the ideal partner. Each member of the support team boasts expert product and technical knowledge and is ready to deliver cartridges to your doorstep.
Should you suspect a problem with a cartridge purchased from Royce Imaging, replace it with another cartridge. If this resolves the problem, it means that the first cartridge was faulty. Contact your supplier to exchange the faulty cartridge.

 

SUPPORT

Our cartridges are assembled under strict quality control and guarantee customer satisfaction. Royce Imaging inkjet and laser cartridges are free of defects in terms of materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 180 days from the original date of purchase.
In the unlikely event that any of our cartridges are defective and/or cause damage to a printer, the damaged parts will, subject to reasonable verification of the defect, be repaired or replaced.

 

DELIVERY SERVICE

Local Deliveries

Gauteng Area:
Orders placed between 8h00 and 15h30 will be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 15h30 will be delivered the day after the following day.
Orders exceeding R500 (excluding VAT),will not incur a delivery fee. Contact our friendly Sales Executives for delivery charges on orders below R500 (excluding VAT). 

National Deliveries

Outside Gauteng:
Contact our Sales Executives for delivery conditions and charges for any deliveries outside Gauteng.
